TNT
Description
TNT or "Tree analysis using New Technology" is a program for phylogenetic analysis with very fast tree-searching algorithms. The 32-bit version is installed on babyBlueCrystal. The 64-bit version will be installed on bigBlueCrystal.
Using TNT
In order to use TNT on BlueCrystal simply load the TNT module:
[username@bluecrystal1 ~]$ module add tnt
[username@bluecrystal1 ~]$ which tnt
/usr/local/tnt-32/tnt
