R is a an open source software environment for statistical computing and graphics. Version 2-7.0 is now installed on BlueCrystal.

Using R

To use the module, type: module load R-2.7.0

Please remember that the above command must also be included in your job submission script.

Check:

From the command line which R should return the following: /usr/local/R-2.7.0/bin/R
